Disruption to Stansted Express trains on Wednesday 02 April (Morning only) due to engineering work
Overview
On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, some services on the Stansted Express route will be disrupted in the morning due to Network Rail having to complete essential track work in the Stansted Moutfitchet area. To ensure a smooth journey, we recommend planning ahead, as travel times will be longer than usual.
The following trains will be cancelled as a result:
04:40 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport
05:10 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport
06:00 Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street
05:25 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport
06:15 Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street
05:40 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport
06:28 Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street
05:55 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport
Service Impact
Trains between Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport cannot operate until the work is finished. However, trains between Liverpool Street and Hertford East will continue to operate normally.

31 March - 3 April: Some trains will not stop at Tottenham Hale in the late evening
Due to planned maintenance works, on the evenings of Monday 31st March to Thursday 3rd April 2025, the 22:45, 23:00, 23:14, 23:30 and 23:45 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street, and 23:25 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport trains will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

Due to planned maintenance on the mornings of Tuesday 1st to Friday 4th April 2025, the 04:52 Tottenham Hale to Stansted Airport train will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead this train will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.
