It's easy to check when there are alterations to our regular train service. Please check the date you want to travel using the calendar.

Mon 14 Apr 2025

14 - 17 April: Late evening diversion to 2330 and 2345 Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street trains

Due to planned maintenance works, on the evenings of Monday 14th to Thursday 17th April 2025, the 2330 and 2345 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street trains will no longer stop at Seven Sisters Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Tottenham Hale Station.

Please check train times and allow additional time for your journey.

26 - 27 April: Coaches replace trains between Stansted Airport and Broxbourne

Due to planned maintenance works, there will be no direct train service between Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street.

A replacement coach service will operate between Stansted Airport and Broxbourne. From Broxbourne a train service will be in operation to Liverpool Street.

In addition, on Saturday 26 April late evening services are expected to be busy after 22:00 due to an event at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

11 May: No train service to/from Stratford

Due to planned maintenance work, we will not be running any service to/from Stratford from Tottenham Hale. You will need to travel via London Liverpool Street. Tickets will be accepted for use on Greater Anglia services between Liverpool Street and Stratford.

11 May: Some trains will not stop at Tottenham Hale in the night

Due to planned maintenance work, the 22:45, 23:00, 23:15, 23:30 and 23:45 Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street, and the 23:25 London Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport trains will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

12 -16 May: 04:52 Tottenham Hale to Stansted Airport Train will stop at Seven Sisters instead of Tottenham Hale

Due to planned maintenance on the mornings of Monday 12th to Friday 16th May 2025, the 04:52 Tottenham Hale to Stansted Airport train will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead this train will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.
Please check train times and allow additional time for your journey.

12 - 15 May: Some trains will not stop at Tottenham Hale in the late evening

Due to planned maintenance works, on the evenings of Monday 12th to Thursday 15th May 2025, the 22:45, 23:00, 23:14, 23:30 and 23:45 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street, and 23:25 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport trains will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

18 May: Some trains will not stop at Tottenham Hale in the morning until 0810

Due to planned maintenance work, until 08:10, trains will not stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

24 -26 May: No train service to/from Stratford

Due to planned maintenance work, we will not be running any service to/from Stratford from Tottenham Hale. You will need to travel via London Liverpool Street. Tickets will be accepted for use on Greater Anglia services between Liverpool Street and Stratford.

26 - 29 May: Late evening diversion to 23:30 and 23:45 Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street trains

Due to planned maintenance works, on the evenings of Monday 26th to Thursday 29th May, the 2330 and 2345 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street trains will no longer stop at Seven Sisters Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Tottenham Hale Station.

31 May -1 June: No train service to/from Stratford

Due to planned maintenance work, we will not be running any service to/from Stratford from Tottenham Hale. You will need to travel via London Liverpool Street. Tickets will be accepted for use on Greater Anglia services between Liverpool Street and Stratford.

1 June: Coaches replace trains between Stansted Airport and Waltham Cross

Due to planned maintenance works, there will be no direct train service between Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street until 0900.
A replacement coach service will operate between Stansted Airport and Waltham Cross. From Waltham Cross a train service will be in operation to Liverpool Street.

The first Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street train will depart at 0900. The first Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport will depart at 0840.

7 -8 June: No train service to/from Stratford

Due to planned maintenance work, we will not be running any service to/from Stratford from Tottenham Hale. You will need to travel via London Liverpool Street. Tickets will be accepted for use on Greater Anglia services between Liverpool Street and Stratford.

22 June: Some trains will not stop at Tottenham Hale in the night.

Due to planned maintenance work on the evening of Sunday 22nd June, the 22:45, 23:00, 23:15, 23:30 and 23:45 Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street, and the 23:25 London Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport trains will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

23 -27 June: 04:52 Tottenham Hale to Stansted Airport Train will stop at Seven Sisters instead of Tottenham Hale

Due to planned maintenance on the mornings of Monday 23rd to Friday 27th June 2025, the 04:52 Tottenham Hale to Stansted Airport train will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead this train will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

29 June: Some trains will not stop at Tottenham Hale in the morning until 0810

Due to planned maintenance work, until 08:10, trains will not stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

6 July: No train service to/from Stratford

12 - 13 July: Trains will stop at Seven Sisters instead of Tottenham Hale

Due to planned maintenance on Saturday 12th to Sunday 13th July 2025, trains  will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead this train will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

20 July: Coaches replace trains between Stansted Airport and Broxbourne until 0900

Due to planned maintenance works, there will be no direct train service between Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street until 0900.

A replacement coach service will operate between Stansted Airport and Broxbourne. From Broxbourne a train service will be in operation to Liverpool Street.

Bank Holiday Train Service Timetable

Stansted Express usually runs train services on all UK bank holidays, except for 25th December (Christmas Day) when we have no service all day.

No trains to/from Stratford. The Stansted Express will still continue to run to London Liverpool Steet so tickets will be accepted for use on Greater Anglia services between Liverpool Street and Stratford.

The 23:30 and 23:45 trains from Stansted Airport will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station instead of Seven Sisters Station.
