- For the outbound journey, you must travel on the outbound travel date booked.
- The Offer is only available on services starting at Liverpool Street, Stratford and Tottenham Hale. It cannot be used on services starting at Stansted Airport.
- Only available on our website.
- 50% saving calculated by comparing Family Ticket Offer prices for two adults and three children to the equivalent price of a Standard Return ticket for two adults and three children.
- The Offer only applies to a Family purchasing all tickets required for travel at the same time. For the purpose of this promotion, a 'Family 'is defined as: 1-2 adults and 1-3 children aged 5-15.
- All Family members must travel together in both directions of the return journey.
- The Offer does not apply to Business/ Trade site accounts.
- Railcard discounts cannot be applied to this promotional offer.
- There are some planned service alterations taking place during the promotional period. Please check your journey using our train times tool before you travel.
- We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, and hold void, suspend, amend or cancel the Offer where it becomes necessary to do so. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- You can’t use Oyster or Contactless payment cards on Stansted Express services to/from Stansted Airport. You must have a valid ticket, which you can buy on our website, or you could be liable to a £100 penalty fare plus the cost of a single ticket.
- You cannot start, break or resume, or end your journey at any intermediate station.
- Standard refund terms apply.
- Submissions must not be made by agents or third parties.
