It's easy to check when there are alterations to our regular train service. Please check the date you want to travel using the calendar.

26 Dec - 1 Jan: Stansted Express will will only run trains between Tottenham Hale and Stansted Airport.

  • Thursday 26 December - There will be no service to/from London Liverpool Street and Stratford. Stansted Express will run a reduced service between Tottenham Hale and Stansted Airport.
  • Friday 27 December to Wednesday 1 January - There will be no service to/from London Liverpool Street as the station will be closed. Stansted Express will run between Tottenham Hale and Stansted Airport. Customers will be able to travel to/from Stratford.

Travelling to/from London Liverpool Street between 26 December and 1 January?
The Stansted Express will run between Tottenham Hale and Stansted Airport. You’ll need to use the London Underground to travel between Tottenham Hale and London Liverpool Street.

Stansted Express tickets will be accepted between Tottenham Hale and London Liverpool Street on the Victoria / Circle / Hammersmith & City / Metropolitan Lines.

Travelling to/from Stratford on 26 December?
The Stansted Express will run between Tottenham Hale and Stansted Airport. You’ll need to use the London Underground to travel between Stratford <> London Liverpool Street <> Tottenham Hale.

Stansted Express tickets will be accepted on the Central line between Stratford and Liverpool Street, and the Victoria / Circle / Hammersmith & City / Metropolitan Lines between London Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale.

4 Jan: Extended times & trains will stop at Seven Sisters instead of Tottenham Hale

Due to planned maintenance between Tottenham Hale and Cheshunt stations, on Saturday 4th January 2025, trains will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

4 Jan: No trains between Tottenham Hale and Stratford

Due to planned maintenance work, there will be no direct train service between Stratford and Tottenham Hale on Saturday 4th January 2025. Customers travelling to/from Stratford should travel via London Liverpool Street.

5 Jan: No trains between Tottenham Hale and Stratford

Due to planned maintenance between Tottenham Hale and Cheshunt stations, on Sunday 5th January 2025, trains will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

6 Jan - 10 Jan: 0440 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport Train to call at Seven Sisters

Due to planned maintenance on the mornings of Monday 6th to Friday10th January 2025, the 0440 Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead this train will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

6 Jan - 9 Jan: Late evening diversion to train services

Due to planned maintenance between Tottenham Hale and Cheshunt stations, on the evenings of Monday 6th to Thursday 9th January 2025, the 2245, 2300, 2314, 2330 and 2345 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street, and 2325 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport trains will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

Due to planned maintenance between Cheshunt and Seven Sisters stations, on the evenings of Monday 20th to Thursday 23rd January 2025, the 2330 and 2345 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street trains will no longer stop at Seven Sisters Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Tottenham Hale Station.

25 - 26 Jan: No trains between Tottenham Hale and Stratford

16 Feb: Late evening diversion to train services

Due to planned maintenance between Tottenham Hale and Cheshunt stations, on the evening of Sunday 16th February 2025, the 2245, 2300, 2314, 2330 and 2345 Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street, and the 2325 London Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport trains will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

17 Feb - 21 Feb: 0440 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport Train to call at Seven Sisters

Due to planned maintenance on the mornings of Monday 17th to Friday 21st February 2025, the 0440 Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport train will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead this train will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

17 Feb - 20 Feb: Late evening diversion to train services

Due to planned maintenance between Tottenham Hale and Cheshunt stations, on the evenings of Monday 17th to Thursday 21st February 2025, the 2245, 2300, 2314, 2330 and 2345 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street, and 2325 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport trains will no longer stop at Tottenham Hale Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Seven Sisters Station.

22 Feb: Coaches replace trains between Stansted Airport and Waltham Cross

Due to engineering works between Stansted Airport and Cheshunt, there will be no direct train service between Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street on Saturday 22nd February 2025.

A replacement coach service will operate between Stansted Airport and Waltham Cross.  From Waltham Cross a train service will be in operation to Liverpool Street.

23 Feb: Coaches replace trains between Stansted Airport and Waltham Cross

Due to engineering works between Stansted Airport and Cheshunt, there will be no direct train service between Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street on Sunday 23rd February 2025.
A replacement coach service will operate between Stansted Airport and Waltham Cross.  From Waltham Cross a train service will be in operation to Liverpool Street.

A replacement coach service will operate between Stansted Airport and Broxbourne. From Broxbourne a train service will be in operation to Liverpool Street.
